I went in for an unscheduled Drs appointment today.  I've been having horrible abdominal pains, so she wanted me to come get checked out just to make sure everything is alright.

All looks good, just early labor pains.

But she said if I haven't had the baby by next week she'll induce me.  I'm not sure if the ultrasound results Thursday will change anything, but as of right now it looks like we'll be meeting our little lady next week!
