June Pt 4

I turned 25 this year, mildly depressing, but we still had a fun time.

It started out here, which is always a win.

I love sharing my birthday with Morgan, Caleb got us a massive red velvet delicious cake I will definitely be requesting next year.

I got spoiled in the gift department, but my favorite, by far, was Caleb surprising me with a trip to D.C. to watch Imagine Dragons in concert.

Yep, we were this close.

They seriously give such a great performance.

We tried to beat the crowd and leave at the encore, but we turned back and the ending was so pretty!

June Pt 3

We did so much in New York, but I didn't have my phone for most of the trip. It was nice to be completely relaxed and not worried about taking pictures, but here's the last of the ones I do have.

Dad was able to take us fishing while we were up. Casen asks us all the time if he can go hunting and fishing with Papa, since it's not exactly hunting season, fishing it is. Casen caught 8 fish and a turtle and loved every second. He wasn't scared at all to grab the fish. I think his favorite part was the nightcrawler picking the night before. I'm so thankful my dad is teaching all these things to Jo...because we all know I will not be doing the worm picking!

June Pt 1

The beginning of June we packed up and headed up to New York for 2 weeks. It was one of my favorite times we've ever had coming for a visit.

We had to stop here a couple of times. Caleb isn't as enthused, but I miss Jrecks!

My parents graciously watched the kiddos for us for 3 days while we did a mini getaway to Lake Placid and stayed at the same resort we did for our mini honeymoon almost 6 years ago.
