The day of his birthday we started with presents. The kids got him the new Julian Edelman book and I got him an official marines sword. The boys had a fun day shooting while we did a little bit of decorating. We ate too much, got to enjoy the patriots win, and ended with some key lime pie, (which the candles did not stand up in very well.)
We spent the week with lots of fun activities even though the weather didn't cooperate. Casen ended up having 2 snow days plus a day off for MLK day so it ended up working out perfectly. We bowled, ate lots of yummy food, roller skated for the first time, stayed up late with lots of fun games, and had a delicious homemade pasta night to end the week.
We can't wait to hang out again this summer!
