St. Patricks Day

We had a lot of fun celebrating St. Patricks Day.  We set up the leprechaun trail the night before so the kids could follow it leading them to the treasure the next morning.

I didn't get a lot of pictures of the hunt because they were really fast this year.  Casen loved that the leprechauns tipped over the chairs.

After the treasure hunt we had to have our breakfast

After breakfast we packed up the car and got to spend the day at the beach and hitting all of our favorite spots in Williamsburg.  It was 80 and sunny and beautiful and I am not even complaining about my sunburn.

and we happened to catch a few jellyfish

And then we got to head home, put the kids to bed, and enjoy and evening with family....and it's not St. Patricks Day without a little green beer (caleb wasn't convinced.)

Love it! Will Jellyfish sting you when they are that little? I've never seen them in person! So neat!

I'm not sure which kind we caught but I know there's two main types in the water we were at and one stings and one doesn't. The water was really cold so Caleb just went in a little bit and scooped them up with a bucket, we never touched them so I couldn't say for sure :p
