Baby #2

It's true.  We're expecting Baby number 2 :)

I took a couple test early and they gave us iffy results, but yesterday we had a definite yes.

Caleb and I decided around last month that we'd like another baby.  We knew we needed to be pregnant before August if we were going to at all  because we will be leaving California in May and didn't want to have to worry about me being close to delivering....less then a month later we have a baby.  I feel so blessed for things to go so smoothly with us as far as pregnancy goes.  No stress.  I honestly did not expect to be pregnant so soon.

Our babies tentative due date is February 18th, 2013!

But for now...we're keeping it a secret :)

Under Construction

I'm not sure if anyone still reads this or not.  It's been awhile.

Just letting everyone know I have a new plan for the blog and while I make the changes i'll be shutting it down to all viewers.  When I'm finished setting it up i'll open it back up.

We had a very busy week with visitors!  Unfortunately the weather didn't really cooperate and of course now that our guests are gone it's back to 80 and sunshine, thankfully we still packed a lot of stuff into a week.

But oddly enough I hardly took any pictures...here's a few of what I have

We made the crazy scary mountain road trip last night to pick up a spare helmet.  Casen had a blast trying it on.  He ran around the entire house like a mad man laughing and running into things.  I wish I would've got a cuter video.

Casen is still feeling horrible.  His eyes looks like he got a good punch, with a yucky cough, runny nose, sore throat...and teething, the poor guy.  He's beyond pitiful.

And then we decided some fresh air may be nice for him so we made a run to the mall...of course had to make a stop at the Disney store, and he got some new cars.  I'm not sure whose more excited about them, him or Dada.

We went for a hike last weekend.  California has the prettiest color flowers growing everywhere.

We have a very sick little man.  From the amount of throwing up he's done and him crawling up into my lap 2 hours before bedtime and falling asleep...I think it's more than teething.

With all the ickiness and the amount of rain headed our way in the next couple days, soup sounded perfect.  I had a recipe for a creamy chicken noodle soup in one of my magazines.  I love it! It is my new favorite chicken noodle soup.
